Excellent quality. Great workout, December 23, 2009 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: CYBEX 360A Home Arc Trainer (Sports) I've had my Cybex Arc Trainer 360A for about a week now. I'm very impressed with the quality of the machine. Very strong sturdy piece of equipment. Nothing vibrates, squeaks or creaks. It's virtually silent and an absolute pleasure to use. I'm recovering from a back injury so I need equipment that will allow me to continue to work out but without hurting myself. I can get a very intense workout without back pain. The motion is smooth and feels natural. The wide variety of programs will keep me from getting bored. Hill climbs, intervals, etc.
Be prepared to have some help around to set up this machine. It is very heavy. The unit arrives mostly assembled, but there is still some work to be done by the consumer to finish the assembly. The instruction manual was decent, but sometimes it was difficult to distinguish between many similar looking parts. We managed to assemble it in about two hours.

Love this machine!, January 31, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: CYBEX 360A Home Arc Trainer (Sports) I've always loved my arctrainer workouts at the gym, but to now have one in my home is the ultimate luxury! This is a gym-quality machine with all the bells and whistles. The ride is smooth, and essentially silent. Amazingly compact, too. Good thing, since I had intended to have it in an empty upstairs room but no way would it fit up my winding staircase...so it's now in our family room. This thing weighs a TON, so be prepared to have it just dropped at the closest doorway by two very unhappy delivery men. And I had to enlist the assistance of a very strong, very tool-savvy friend to put it together and get it where I wanted it. But I assure you...it's all well worth the effort (and cost).

Before purchasing the Cybex, I went to my workplace gym and tried it out (there is always a line of people waiting to use it). Instant love!
On my previous machine, I was working 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week and I was at the peak of what that machine could provide for me. The first time on the Cybex, I could only do 5 minutes! I felt twitches and that "pumped up" feeling in spots I didn't know existed. I have been working back up to my 30-minute sessions. I doubt I will ever outgrow this machine, there are so many options and challenges.
