Not a Work Out, October 9, 2010 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Living Life: Devotional Exercise for Christians (DVD) I purchased this DVD as an alternative to my WholyFit videos, which I love and do daily, but I wanted a little change in routine. This video is mostly low-impact or no-impact stretching. It is very slow-paced to the point of being boring. Even the narrator sounds bored instead of relaxing. If you are looking for a devotional exercise video, then I highly recommend any of the WholyFit videos. This video is not comparable. Its a good stretching routine, but that's about it.

Filled with love and grace, November 19, 2010 This review is from: Living Life: Devotional Exercise for Christians (DVD) What a beautiful product to have at home. The guided practice is filled with vibrations of kindness and love ... which allow me to relax into each gentle pose. A few of my favorite parts include the unexpected dolphin sighting at the beginning (love that!), the "happy baby", and when the narrator takes me through "Being Still..." I found this DVD to resonate well for what I need --- a gentle way to just be and care for my body and self.
