These are great !, November 20, 2011 This review is from: 50 lb Versa Bell II (Misc.) I've had these awhile, bought them on sale (somewhere around $100+ including free shipping). They work great, very easy to change weights via a dial mechanism, and take up little room (I recommend the stand that holds then up waste high - another $50-$75 or so). Sometimes the weight plates will get a little close together and 'stick' and you have to jiggle them a bit to put them back in the weight holder, but a minor quibble. Never have had any problem with the dial mechanism. A relative bargain compared to some of the other adjustbale sets listed.
